• Number of Coin dispensing hoppers – 2 Universal Hoppers each capable of dispensing any of Rs. 1, 2, 5 or 10 coins.

• Bank note validator – The Machine is calibrated / programmed to accept denomination of notes up to Rs. 1000/-. The Bank Note Validator is capable of detecting high quality counterfeit currency notes and rejecting them
• Coin Selection Option & Dispensing under auto mode – Here the machine functions on a unique feature and it shall automatically decide on the coins to be dispensed through a Neuro-Intelligent Technology that utilizes current coin stock status as well as the average daily dispense pattern with reference to the time of the day.
• Coin Selection Option & Dispensing under Manual / Hybrid Mode: Here the machine allows the user to select an individual coin of his preference. The system also allows setting a maximum ceiling for any preference beyond which the coins can be dispensed by using hybrid mode.
• Low Stock / Hopper Empty Sensor –The machine has inbuilt sensor system to detect if any of the hopper has low-stock or is empty and displays a stock-out alert. The machine should automatically disable the selection of denomination of coin that is low stock/empty. In case any of the hopper is low-stock/empty, the machine displays the alert message and dispense coins from the other hopper(s) so that the user gets coins equal to the value of the currency note he has inserted.

• The machine can send out SMS alert to specified mobile numbers for low stock & Empty hopper condition
• Electronic Audit facility – The CVM has in-built audit facility to provide payout denomination conversion, store transaction details etc. The Machine is capable of generating a detailed Audit Report e.g. All Transaction recorded. The Audit Report can be seen in following ways:

– Thermal Printer Output ( 32 character per line)

– SMS Output ( Text Message)

-Graphics Display Output ( 128 x 64 Graphic Display Module)

• Power Failure handling – In the event of Power Failure during the Transaction, the CVM is designed to complete the Transaction under execution using the back-up power from the Uninterrupted Power Supply and then automatically switches of the UPS power. The CVM automatically switches-on and become available for use when the power is restored, without human intervention.
